In order to respect my lovely wife, this week's weekly new food highlight will not be mystery anymore... it's something everyone wants to eat - The Wife Cake!
That's right, it's wife cake. We use candied winter melon to make the sweet chewy texture filling, and then use high-quality lard and flour to make few dozen of layers of crispy skin, which is freshly baked every morning. Guarantee that you have never tried such a high-quality wife cake in the UK, which you may recall the taste in Yuen Long's famous bakery.
Due to limitation in production facility, we will supply in limited quantities, with a limit of two pieces per person from 9:00 am.
Meanwhile, we also supply pineapple buns, famous pineapple cakes and cashew biscuits. A limited number, while stocks last. See you on Sunday 8:00 - 13:00!
