Return

As our products are treated as food items by both the USFDA and CFIA, returns are not accepted (food safety risk).

If upon receiving your package you find that it is damaged, exceeds the best before date or that there is an error in your order, kindly email us at cs@uncle-e.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly identify the transaction. Please attach a photograph of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item with your order number. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cs@uncle-e.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you are also welcome to email cs@uncle-e.co.uk and we will follow up on your case.
