A Hong Kong colloquialism says "Amau, the baker who make something nonexistent". Uncle E (homophonic of “mau“, meaning of “E”, the alphabet ranking no.5) is a hardworking baker who always walks around his shop to understand and replenish any items that customers want or sold out.
