We carefully select premium Tianjin red beans and slow-cook them using traditional methods. They are then combined with high-quality aged mandarin peel matured for over 16 years, supplied by Soupamarket 友湯同享. With no compromise on ingredients or craftsmanship, the filling is prepared in-house to create a smooth and distinctive red bean paste with a rich aroma and a gentle sweetness that is never overpowering.

The deep, mellow fragrance of the aged mandarin peel blends beautifully with the delicate sweetness of the red beans, leaving a lingering aroma on the palate and creating an unforgettable taste experience.

Complimentary Greeting Card and Handwritten Message

Uncle E will also include a complimentary greeting card and handwrite your personal message on your behalf. We can deliver your thoughtful gift directly to friends and family throughout the UK or overseas. Even when you are unable to visit them in person, you can still send them warmth and heartfelt wishes.

When placing your order, simply enter a greeting of no more than 30 words in the “Special Instructions” section. Uncle E will include one complimentary greeting card and handwrite your message for you.

Please remember to include your name in the message; otherwise, the recipient may not know who sent the gift.

Please note: To support environmental sustainability, a complimentary greeting card will only be included with orders containing a personal message. For additional greeting cards, please contact Uncle E separately via WhatsApp or purchase them through our online shop.

Important Information

• Please refer to the date shown on the packaging for the best-before date. Under normal storage conditions, the mooncakes can generally still be enjoyed for several days after the Mid-Autumn Festival.
• To maintain freshness, please refrigerate the mooncakes upon receipt. Refrigerated storage may help extend their freshness, but for the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible.
• The 15% Early Bird Discount is available until 31 August 2026.
• The first 100 lucky customers to purchase a box of mooncakes will also receive an additional Super Special Offer—at a price you will hardly believe!
• Spend £32 or more in a single order delivered to one address and receive free delivery, saving the usual £5 delivery charge.
• Customers sending mooncakes directly to friends or family will receive one complimentary greeting card when a personal message is entered in the order notes. Uncle E will also handwrite the message on your behalf.
• Deliveries will take place between 9 September and 24 September 2026, allowing the mooncakes to be enjoyed during the Mid-Autumn Festival period.
• The final order deadline is 13 September 2026, or earlier if sold out. Orders placed after 13 September 2026 are not guaranteed to arrive before the Mid-Autumn Festival.
• During checkout, please ensure that the Billing Address matches the registered address of your bank card so that your bank can verify and process the payment.
• When sending an order to a friend or family member whose address is different from your Billing Address, please enter the recipient’s correct address separately under Shipping Address.
• Customers using a Group Order Discount Code who choose to collect their mooncakes when the group order is ready near the Mid-Autumn Festival may initially be charged a delivery fee by the online system. Any additional delivery charge will be refunded upon collection. Uncle E will contact customers individually to arrange delivery or collection.
• All mooncakes are handmade in limited quantities and are available while stocks last.
