Uncle E Wife Cake is cooked with candied winter melon into a non-sweet, non-hard and non-sticky filling, with a layered and non-loose meringue made with an appropriate amount of lard, allowing you to relive the flavour of Hong Kong in every bite.

 

All bakery products are handmake by Uncle E, with exquisite packaging. They are suitable for family and friends to share and as a gift to your beloves.

 

For the best taste, reheat in oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or microwave oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
