Uncle E presents a uniquely crafted Lavender Wife Cake, elevating tradition with a delightful twist. Aromatic lavender is artfully blended with sweet candied winter melon, wrapped in a light, flaky pastry. It’s a perfect fusion of classic Hong Kong heritage and sophisticated Western floral notes—an irresistible cross-cultural indulgence.

Ingredients:

Lavender flower; lavender syrup (sugar, water, lavender flavour, food colouring); candied winter melon (E223 – sulphur dioxide*); flour (wheat); sugar; corn flour; glutinous flour; salt; eggs; water; lard; olive oil (antioxidant: rosemary extract).

Allergen Information:
Allergen shown in Bold. May contain lavender flour.
Produced in a factory that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, and sulphur-containing products.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Preparation Instructions:
Consume immediately or reheat in an oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
